"Well, we all had to be moved from the 4th floor upon arrival, the rug getting off the elevator smelled like urine. The smell was nauseating. The murphy bed worked well. "Great staff! Really welcoming and friendly. Great location! Walkable to the beaches in Isla Verde and to many restaurants. Good parking options which isn't easy in this part of town. We were there in the off-season and there were some areas being redone and reconstructed. Not sure if the place is under new ownership? "I booked a deluxe room for my mom for two nights. She loved the location because of the 24hr supermarket and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, the sitting area with the tv was nice to relax a bit before bed. The place itself was clean and we would book again. For the people that may not know this is more of an airbnb type place. But location is wonderful and price is right for a couple of nights. "
