"The place was clean, and the staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The location was convenient, within walking distance of shopping malls and bus stops. The air conditioning worked very well. The only downsides were that there was no mini fridge in the room, and my first night was quite noisy due to outside noise and other guests. However, the rest of my stay was much quieter. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room clean and tidy during my stay. One thing to note is that slippers...

"Needs AC putting on before arriving"

"Great hotel and an awesome restaurant built in"

"Great stay, walking distance to the marina"

"I liked that with the many tall trees and palms the property looked very lush and green, and a fountain, the pool, and various statues and decorations gave it a unique and eco vibe. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, overall a pleasant place to stay."

"The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall, the experience was good. However, the biggest downside was the water, which had a very bad smell and made the stay less enjoyable. Hopefully, the hotel can look into this issue and improve the water quality. With that improvement, the experience would be much better."

"Okayish location, helpful staff though"

"Laundry room was working when I got there my 1st day, I had put off doing it before I left when I passed by there had been a sign placed on the door saying it was out of service. I panicked as I didn't wanna take wet clothes back When I returned from Isla the maintenance man had already fixed the machine. I used the facilities and left very impressed. I think it was fixed within 6 hours. I will say breakfast was not very good The items we're always cold and empty I went at two different times...
