"Very friendly and service minded staff. I needed to bath my foot every day and they willingly found a bucket and brought boiling water to the room every night. The hotel is generally a bit cold. However, it did have hot water in the shower, which has not been a given at the hotels we have stayed at in Peru.
The kitchen chef was also very nice and prepared freshly cut fruit for us upon her own suggestion.

"We stayed here for 3 nights before doing the Inca trail. The staff were courteous and let us check in early. They provided us with breakfast to go and stored our bags while we were hiking the Inca trail. It happened to be my birthday on the last day and the staff brought a special chocolate dessert to my room. When we returned, our bags were already moved to our new room.
