"Nice hotel. Close to downtown Detroit. Quiet area. "

"We have always been happy with this property, this time, not so much. We arrived shortly after 5PM to a line of people waiting to check in. Listening as other were being checked in, they were telling guests there was a wait for their rooms. The associate was explaining that guests have been checking in since 7AM, and they are giving out rooms in the order that they came in. Explain to me, what does that mean? In my mind, you don’t have rooms ready, period. She denied that to be the case. She said it was about a 15-20 minute wait. While we were waiting the family behind us got called to the desk for their room. My husband went up to talk to the guy that came out from ‘office?’. He told him we’ve been waiting longer than the 15-20 minute quote. He immediately had a room for us. The front desk peeps, just did not seem as friendly as they normally are. Side note, in room coffee maker did not work. It leaked all over the dresser. "

"“We had a great stay from start to finish. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others"

"Corey was amazing! From the time we pulled up to valet he was so accommodating to my kids and I! Room was very clean! Only thing I can say is that our room looked down at the back of hotel where there was some equipment, ladders, and trash. Not the best view at all for the price, but our stay was pleasant, nonetheless."

"The room was clean. Though the bathroom had no ventilation and if you shower the steam would dripping from the ceiling. But main thing that we asked for check in earlier if available. We were checked in around 2 pm, still charged extra 50$ for early check in. Even we’re not informed before that. Their “usual” check-in is 4 pm."

"i would never return to this hotel. i did not feel safe. i had a bug in the bathroom and stains on my comforter. and the man who checked in me made me extremely uncomfortable. i double locked my door for additional security because of how uneasy he made me feel. staff smoked so much right at the entrance that i thought it was a smoking property. it was so unclean that i didn’t even bother trying breakfast because i knew it couldn’t be sanitary based on how dirty the property was. never again. "

"Rude receptionist, dirty carpet, hidden fees from vallet parking, no receipt given when checked out. Not recommended place"

"Took 45 minutes to check in. Booked a corner room, only got a regular room. Other than that, decent hotel in the heart of Greek Town and at the casino."
