"The air conditioner made loud sounds throughout the night keeping me awake. There is construction going on to upgrade the property. I understand but the water had to be turned off at 11:00 am when checkout is at noon. It seems this could have happened closer to checkout time. I was happy the staff allowed me to have an hour later checkout without cost due to my flight schedule. The staff were polite and welcoming at all times."

"If you’re seeking normalcy and just plain hotel room for a simple stay, this is the place. Amenities were readily available! Bar in the lobby! Rooftop pool overlooking the western ocean area. Concierge was super nice and super helpful. Rooms were clean, well maintained and neat! Parking wasn’t as secure as I would have liked, but still safe and nothing happened. Try the 3 Brothers Brewing across the street for great food and beer!"

"Got to the airport about 1030pm & was still able to use the shuttle from the hotel even though they stop the shuttle at 11. Quick easy check in. Clean, good sized room! Bed & bedding was great quality for hotel. We ordered doordash & didnt get any utensils & front desk staff was great & gave us plates & utensils. Will definitely come back if we're back in the area!"
