"The hotel is really nice and cosy, it’s clean and it’s located at a quiet nice area in Rom. Unfortunately when I left I was charged twice the city taxes one time at check in and the other on check out. Is this normal ? Also when I was leaving the hotel the elevator was out of service and I had a heavy luggage the man on the front seat never offered me any assistance… appart of that I still recommend the place just be careful about these details . "
"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Wonderful breakfast on the rooftop restaurant included. Basilica right across the street, as well as a food market where you can get wine and snacks for your room. Walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. Hop on Hop off bus stop right around the corner. Location couldn't have been better. "
"The staff were excellent.. the property was nice and clean.. was able to get into our room before check in time which was excellent after a 9 hour overnight flight… the only thing that was not good was the breakfast options besides that everything else was excellent. Loved the fact there was a pool onsite "
"The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. We really loved the included hotel breakfast too. The place felt like a tropical oasis in the middle of Rome. The only real drawback to us was proximity to the key sights, coffee shops, restaurants annd public transportation etc. "
"Staff is great and friendly. We arrived at noon with the intention of leaving luggage stored but receptionist asked to wait for 15 minutes and assigned the room. Thank you SFH for that flexibilty well appreciated after long fly. Cleanliness is absolute.
Carrefour is about 80 mts away. The terrace bar is marvelous to get a wine and snacks or a dinner.
