There are major works going on to the outside at the quay side of the hotel(March 2026), made absolutely no difference as it was too cold to sit out anyway. "Great hotel for a base to explore Jersey. It's quite a big hotel with much more than I had expected, in terms of bars and restaurants. The hotel is a mix of an old building with a new building built to the side. Both have a nautical theme but completely different styles: the old building is classic wood panelling and portholes whereas the newer building is much more cruise ship: lots of neon lighting. "Absolutely brilliant stay at SACO apartments and it won’t be the last. The apartment was perfect for what we needed as a base to visit my sister and her family for a family party. Everything was provided and the location was absolutely spot on! Just walking distance to the harbour and the shops and public transport to the rest of the island. "Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast."

"The room was okay but did not feel like a premium room. It felt a bit tired with a few trip hazzards i.e. lamp cable plus chipped tile in bathroom needs attention. No separate shower or non slip mat. It was difficult getting in and out of the bath. Room was not made up during our stay. However Chloe was very helpful."
