"We stayed for a concert at the O2 rather than paying the stupid prices for the Excel situated properties (most of which need a lot of TLC) and we couldn't have been happier. Transport didn't take much longer than the Jubilee/DLR combo we usually use and the hotel was significantly nicer. Great staff, breakfast was excellent and the room very comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend"

"Full kitchen included with a supermarket across the street. Its not worth paying for breakfast you can make your own much cheaper. They also provide pay washing machines."

"Great location which absolutely suited our needs for 3 nights in the local area. Rooms were small & lacked storage but the bed was very comfy, the air con was lovely and cool, and there was no noise. Staff were welcoming & acommodating regarding an early check in (no charge)."

Offered alternative room but not accepted as we had late return. Maintenance staff had left. Problem remained upto leaving at 9am. "For a budget hotel this gave us everything we needed, it was quiet, bed was comfortable and very clean. It was also next door to the tube station making travelling so easy! Costa and lots of shops, restaurants in very close proximity. Would i stay here again? Yes!"

"Bed and breakfast, we were shown the kitchen and told us to do our own. Could use bread, margarine, jam, biscuits or 2 type of cereals. All cheapest of the cheap. Dont use anything else as people live here and wash up after yourself! It was filthy. Cupboards all peeling.
