"The room was very comfortable, the staff friendly and the swimming pool was the perfect temperature. We didn't use the gym. The hotel is within walking distance (or a short bus ride) from Headingly Cricket Ground (which is why we were in Leeds). We were in the bar watching the football for England v Croatia in the World Cup, but the service was still fast and there was a great atmosphere too."
"We travelled on a very hot day! On returning to the room the thermostat showed it was 25 degrees . We put it to 18 degrees which was the lowest it could go.
It took 2 hours to cool the room by a degree and 12 hours later had only managed 2 degrees.
Fans should be provided as the air con is not fit for purpose
Finishing in some areas was messy (corner of cornice fitted upside down ,corners of flooring not finished )

"Great place to stay located very close to the railway station, Welcomed by staff who showed genuine interest in making our stay as effortless and stress free as possible (2 rooms) including being able let us have a room early so I could leave our bags in one room while we waited for 2nd room to become available. Location was excellent for Bars, food and shopping. Rooms were very clean and also a great view of the Locks and Canal."
