"Completely adequate room for our needs as we were visiting Leeds Castle for a concert. Room was clean although very hot as we are mid heat wave at time of writing…no air con but fans provided to take the edge off. Staff were pretty friendly, decent buffet breakfast with good ‘full English’ offering. Well stocked, reasonably priced bar."

"Lovely welcome on Reception. Offered a free drink and Pringles - good start! TV in the allocated room did not work but we were immediately moved to a new room across the corridor. Many apologies from the Reception staff. New room had a double bed with a twin bedded room through an alcove. Shower excellent. Tea and coffee making facilities. "On day of arrival and also during the stay the reception and restaurant staff was amazing. We booked the stay based on how we were spoken over the phone when contacting the propery prior for some details. Spa facilities clean and fully working, cannot mention a negative comment about the property."

"location nice, rooms hot in summer. doors in halls of hotel need cleaning/paint, looking scruffy. Staff in restaurant especially during breakfast inefficient. took more then 30m to get yoghurt served.... other tables with 6 guests were served 2 dishes each in meantime. waitress should identify better the customers i.e. business travel single person or 6 guests on holiday. staff at night waiting behind bar, almost felt like they avoided contact with customer. "The room was excellent and reception staff were fantastic. You now have to pay for parking not acceptable in a hotel. Bar not respecting clients privacy by shouting room numbers across the bar and names. Unacceptable. Breakfast was a disaster if staff spent less talking to each other rather than checking the state of play with the food. Ie little food available when flagged they said oh we will cook some more. "easily the best place I've stayed this year. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped, and everything exceeded my expectations. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the whole hotel felt well run and inviting. Fantastic value for money in a great location. I'll definitely be staying here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Third time staying here due to the positive previous experiences. The positive streak continued with a great room featuring a fantastic air-conditioning unit which kept me cool in the June heat. A wonderful workout ensued in their very well-equipped gym set up. This was followed by a powerful shower and I went to dine nearby. Had a great night's sleep before a well-cooked breakfast got my day started perfectly. Can't wait to come back."

"Room was clean and tidy on check-in but because it was very hot the room had no AC but they supplied a fan that did nothing to keep it cool. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The bar was well stocked and had all the drinks I needed. Breakfast was delicious and being a vegetarian the vegan full breakfast even included my favourite vegan black sausage. We had dinner in the restaurant which excellent and the waiting staff were attentive."
