Nice hotel, really central location. Clean rooms, friendly staff and pleasant reception area. Breakfast was good. Only downside was off site parking at NCP car park but nearby and £15 for 24hrs paid to hotel at checkout.

This was a one-night stay, room-only, on Christmas night. We were able to check-in early afternoon at approx. 3pm and leave bags, and returned approx 1am. Room was fine and bed comfortable, although it was cold in the room and was slow to heat up. Nevertheless, slept well, shower was good and we were out at 9:30 am. Will use the hotel again.

Great staff, bit noisy on a weekend though

Staff were fantastic, room was clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet isn't huge but has a bit of everything and cooked breakfast bits especially were good quality! Really close to the Curve theatre (which is why we stayed) but slight downside, on a Saturday night there is a lot of noise from singing drunk people on the streets outside 😂🙈

Excellent city hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff right from check in, to bar and restaurant service and check out. Room was well appointed and quiet enough that a good nights sleep could be had. Not bad for a city centre location.
