"Elevator needs work, property is having renovations going on and had handicap parking blocked . Part of the entrance is being blocked with supplies for renovation.
Employee parking was in front of the entrance spaces that paying customers should have had available to them. The renovation supplies should be moved to the rear parking lot. Food was good and the staff was very nice & the Room was clean."

"I stayed in the Chamberlain House which is a new building. The room was excellent- clean and quiet! The restaurant is very good and the bakery is excellent!"
"It is a fairly well maintained inn, quiet, with an appropriate continental breakfast. Good coffee. There is a lovely diner seconds away within the same compound that serves an excellent breakfast"
"The beds were very comfortable, and the entire property was very clean. The staff was very helpful with anything that we needed. We will be staying again!"

"You get what you pay for. The ceilings look like coffee or something was splashed across it. There was a dishwasher or something missing from the cabinet area. The cabinets were totally trashed so we didn’t use them. The bathtub was dirty and we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the shower for a day, it apparently was the only one in the building like that. The property allows animals so there was feces all over the place outside like little bombs. Our kids didn’t want to sleep on the pullout mattress as it looked like there was urine on it. We had to use all of the blankets they provided to cover them up. It also supposedly was no smoking, but the halls reeked of it. The elevator took so long that it was almost nerve wracking that we would get stuck going up two levels. When we arrived, the first employee was helping someone and then walked away, leaving us alone. Another employee sighed, but helped us until the other came back and she passed us off. She ran the card we had originally to hold the reservation, despite her asking us what card to use and us telling her a different one. As I said, you get what you pay for. We didn’t expect five star, but don’t let pictures fool you. I would have paid more if I knew what it was really going to look like."
