"Always a great hotel and my first pick whenever I go to the Netherlands. On this trip I had 4 separate stays at this hotel. My platinum status was acknowledged 3 times and I was upgraded twice. At my 2nd stay the lady at the front desk apparently did not know free upgrade was a thing for Expedia platinum members. As it was only a one night stay I thought it not worth the hassle. "The hotel Okura is very well situated and within an easy walking distance to great neighbourhoods. We also took advantage of the bike rentals offered by the hotel which was an amazing way to see the city. The staff were very helpful, attentive and the rooms were bright, clean and the service again was wonderful. The Terrace restaurant was outstanding (a little pricey) but worth it. We would definitely stay here again."
