A few low cost interventions could increase the visual appeal of the property: e.g., do not paint in white the concrete but use cladding elements with rock inclusions or micro cement in a hue of gray that blends more naturally with surrounding lava rocks. 2. "It was dated but, clean, quiet and roomy. TV’s were not great. Couldn’t get the living room tv to turn on. Overall a nice stay. They also had beach towels and boogie boards which I thought was nice."
