The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The views from the restaurant onto the beach are extremely relaxing, and beautiful has a great location and everything is in walkable distance. during my stay, it seem to be a very popular destination for hanging out at night! The pool was extremely clean.

All you need + beachfront

Basic rooms but has everything you need. Hot water, air-conditioning, most comfortable bed. Ask for a top floor room to get ocean & Mt Agung views! Reception can organise any activity, bike hire, massage in house. Sorted!

The air-conditioner was broken there was no hot water a lot of customers were complaining . The rooms are very old and rundown there was large piles of rubbish laying at the front gates under the staircase areas was dirty.

Garbage hotel

Hotels.com really dropped the ball on this one. First off they daid they closed online bookings. So i got there and i didnt get the room i deserved. This place was digusting, run down, and mold everywhere. One outlet in the room. NO HOT WATER!! if you are even thinking of staying here.. dont!!! Garbage If i could give it a negative number i would.

Bad experience

When we arrived the person checking us in did not seem to have our booking anywhere to be found in their books (we booked a few months in advance). When we got our room there were stains on the sheets and towels (incl bleach stains) the room was dirty with thick layers of dust and pee stains on the bathroom wall. By the time we saw the room we had checked in. It was so bad we decided to move to another hotel. The guy we spoke to at the hotel said we had to contact hotels.com to get a refund, as we didn’t end up staying there, but that he didn’t have a problem with a refund as we didn’t stay there. When we contacted hotels.com they said it was up to the hotel if they would allow a refund but that they had been unable to reach anyone at the hotel and that they were not answering the phone calls from hotels.com. My husband went to speak to the guy working at the hotel and he said we wouldn’t be able to get a hold of the owner. So as the hotel never responded to hotels.com we did not get a refund for a place we didn’t spend a single night in.

Vi brugte hotellet til 1 enkelt overnatning for at tage båd videre til Gilli øerne. Det var rent og funktionelt. Lidt larm fra nærliggende havn, men god placering hvor msn hurtigt kan komme på bådene. Maden var fin.

If want the definition of roughing it, this is it Just needs some maintenance to the rooms and less attention on the grounds and this would be an okay cheapo place to stay. Good food though :)

Rude staff, old run down rooms

Staff was rude, accommodation was run down and old. Had to switch rooms due to a broken shower and they charged me an upgrade. Got an attitude from the manager when I asked about it. Good location for sunsets and the dive shop is great on site!
