"We absolutely loved our stay. The decor, the comfort. We enjoyed practically everything. Our only critique: EXTREMELY loud inside studio 5 when anyone is in the hall (just walking even). So much more noticeably loud than comparable buildings. I’m not sure if this is acoustics or lack of insulation. "This hotel is in the heart of downtown KC, 1 block walk from a street car stop and a couple blocks from Union station. This was a perfect stay for us, since we took Amtrak to Union station. Staff was polite and helpful, answering questions about streetcar stops. The breakfast in the morning was on the higher quality, as far as hotel breakfasts go, and had lots of variety."

"My room 110 was in front of the gym and it was noisy. It was noise coming from the outside of the window too. Also, the air conditioner was extremely loud and disrupted my sleep when it came on. Lastly, I asked for a cup of coffee at 9:02 a.m., and was told by a staff member that she couldn’t brew anymore coffee. Coffee is typically standard in the morning at a hotel."
