"Excellent hotel and very convenient shuttle to the airport. Helpful and friendly staff. Room was comfortable and spacious. We are in the middle of a heat wave so the air conditioning was refreshing. Coming back to the hotel in a few weeks to stay again before flying home."

"Always my go-to stay when flying in or out of Milan. The place is a giant maze at times, but the rooms are just as giant, comfortable, and convenient. It feels luxurious for the price and certainly the best place to stay after traveling 12 hours to get to the airport. They were definitely dedicated to the wake up calls, which I appreciate! Didn’t get a chance to dine this time because we got in after midnight and were leaving at 7 am, but the restaurant has always been great, plus the spa and pool and bar are great amenities. When I think of returning to Italy, staying at the Sheraton is always a must."

"The hotel was great. The grounds were amazing and it looked like a fairytale castle. Unfortunately, there was a heat wave at the time we stayed and the air conditioner in the room could not keep up however, not much that can be done about that. The hotel was clean and met all our expectations, it is an older building but still well kept. It is about a mile from the airport so it was great for staying there the night before we left the country. The onsite restaurant was accommodating but the food was just ok, nothing that wowed us. There is not much around the area open late so the restaurant did the job of feeding us. There was a pool but we did not go to it however, everything else was fine. Would recommend."

"Very helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. Aircondition in the room could be a bit more efficient. It would be nice if breakfast included a larger variety of vegtables (not only cucumbers and tomatos). I ordered dinner at the lobby. When it was ready I realized I made a mistake. The staff immediately offered me to order a replacement and didn't charge me anthing for the wrong dish."

"I was pleasantly surprised as I didn't expect this from a Holiday Inn to be honest. The hotel was descent, excellent and very friendly/ helpfull staff. Ate dinner and free breakfast, our American counterparts have a lot to learn from this branch in my opinion!!! Overall, great experience for a hotel I reserved to spend a night to catch fan early light the next day. Shuttle to the airport for 5 euros was great !!"

"Excellent staff, We were late to check in and had an early flight. We could use the shuttle to come to or leave from the hotel for Malpensa airport for free. However you can pre-arrange 25 Euro arrangement if you book before you come. Hotel was clean and in a good area. We did not stay for breakfast"
