"Excellent price, location and service. Despite road proximity, our stay was quiet and comfortable (excellent mattress(. Housekeeping was thorough, and even included a bundle of worn towels to use for car cleaning, etc. With so many good tea and coffee places and bakeries (Model Bakery!), we did not miss having a hotel buffet breakfast that is often subpar. We have a new favorite when visiting our family in the Walnut Creek area."

"We asked for extra pillows and no one came to bring them. Also, front desk was rude and unprofessional when inquiring about the Wi-Fi information."

"As a guest paying for parking that has a long truck that I had to go around which made inconvenient. Another thing as the room do have coffee machine but come with no water in the room which makes guest go out of the way to get water. When asking for water you have be Hilton reward member and if your not you will not get any . The person handing out water not nice. As well for everyone to be aware to check the iron since during my stay the iron ruin a whole outfit that I needed for my work conference the next day. I still have not gotten any contact from management regarding fixing this situation and Hilton itself is not willing to give reinvestment for the value of the clothes that it ruined . Which is upsetting as a loyal Hilton member."
