"We stayed for a concert at the O2 rather than paying the stupid prices for the Excel situated properties (most of which need a lot of TLC) and we couldn't have been happier. Transport didn't take much longer than the Jubilee/DLR combo we usually use and the hotel was significantly nicer. Great staff, breakfast was excellent and the room very comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend"

"The room was half the price of the local Travelodge. Everything was adequate. (But not more than adequate) Staff were helpful and friendly. The parking was very secure. The reception was staffed 24/7. This is a cheap room, don't have high expectations and you will be fine."

"The room was not ready even i arrived after the check in time, i waited there for half hour and they didn’t bother to sort out the room, I have to leave my stuff in that messy room so i can leave. When i came back the room was ready but there was no any stuff for shower."

"The room is very clean & alstaff waa able to clean the room the day after our check-in. Staff in the reception is very good, helpful and accomodating . However the staff in the restaurant (8th July morning) are quite intimidating. While we are having our breakfast they keep on coming into our table or sneak and we felt like we are being watched with their little gestures. This is so annoying & we felt like weve been discriminated. Please do something about this. We didnt even had a peaceful...

"Unfortunately my stay here was very short lived as the hotel had no air conditioning during a heatwave. The room was unbearable and with no fans or the ability to open a window it was impossible to stay. I understand that air conditioning can brake down but it was disappointing that the hotel didn’t inform us of this ahead of our visit. If so we would have postponed the trip. Very poor customer service"

"We had a really good two night stay.. the hotel is well located near the Westfield mall.. and good links with nearby train stations.. all within walking distances. Would recommend staying here and oh the breakfast was really good, plenty of choice."

"I wanted to book a hotel close to the Tottenham Stadium to attend a concert. This place was close with several bus lines right outside the hotel and train station less than a block away. The staff was friendly and helpful, they even lent us a charger adapter. The hotel has security which adds to all the benefits of staying here. I would definitely book here again."

"Very friendly staff in the pub when we checked in. Rooms are not huge but for a short stay they are perfect. Was a bit worried about noise when we booked it but no issues at all. Hackney is a great spot , loads of cafes nearby and good public transport. Will definitely come back again. Many tks, guests from Dublin"
