"We arrived and our door wouldn’t lock manually with the deadbolt. We asked them to fix it and they said sorry it’ll just lock with the room key. We went to use the shower and it flooded the whole bottom within 3 minutes of use. The water would flood through the tile and into the bathroom. We got the hot tub room and the jets didn’t work. There was hair and a cockroach as well in the room. I usually try to give properties grace but this just felt like neglect."

"When spending 465.00 per night, (it was the weekend), I don’t expect to be in a room where the towel rack is falling off the wall and the door frames are chipped and peeling paint. Also the tap water was undrinkable. Way too chlorinated and if we wanted bottled water we had to pay for it. The breakfast was acceptable but nothing special. The furnishings and bedding were also nothing special. I have spent way less money on much nicer accommodations."
