Not sure but they had us take a seat and then took over 20 minutes to check in and we got there at 5:30pm. Check in is at 4pm. Once we got our keys and went up and tv was blasting a kids show and doors were open. Not the smartest idea considering it is really easy to get an Uber from the airport to Princeville, but very hard to get an Uber while at the hotel.
