The outdoor part was excellent for children and families, backs up to a beautiful beach with access to the sunrise which is an important aspect of the trip. Staff was great. Just did not expect a parking charge of 30$ daily. Otherwise we loved our stay! "

"The customer service was outstanding! From check in to room service they went above and beyond. Room was great condition and spacious. Both self and valet parking easy. Location 10 minutes from airport and the Coconut Grove shopping area has a market and good food choices. The hotel is 1.5 miles from Sleeping Giant trail which was a challenge but worth it. Overall we had a great time. Highly recommend this property!! "

"Philip was very helpful with tips and other info at check-in. All staff friendly, courteous and generous. Breakfast was plentiful, with fresh fruit, good coffee and pastry selection. Pool policy excellent, although didn't have time to use it. Lots of chickens, cats and even a peacock on grounds made it interesting. A bit farther from airport than expected, but not an issue. Would stay again!"

"We stayed at the Sheraton Kauai resort villas during spring break (we are a family of 4). We really enjoyed the property which provided enough variety give it is not the size of some of much larger resorts on the island. Besides the pool, my kids (12 and 15) really enjoyed playing garden chess and corn hole. It was really convenient to have a kitchenette and the ability to do laundry in the villa. We just wish the kitchen came with either 2 sets of dishes and utensils (or a dishwashing liquid, a sponge and a drying rack to do dishes by hand) since it did not make sense to run the dishwasher for 4 plates after each meal. The property itself is in a great location and near a nice shopping center. There are also 2 restaurants on site and a convenience store/gift shop on the premise. Would definitely recommend."

"Property is a bit under maintained. Hard to operate sliding screen. Some stairways closed. Restaurant hasn't been open this year, 2026. Confused about whethe we got the correct type of room. Room was clean and everything worked. Staff friendly and efficient. "
