"Parking was horrendous and i was double charged and when speaking to a manager she was super nasty about it. I wanted to speak to someone above her and she smiled and said she was the only manager there at the time. I would stay in a tent before ever staying there again"

"Never stayed at this hotel before. Large clean room and friendly staff. Bed was comfy. Was nice that they offered a complimentary happy hour and what they call lite snacks which basically was a full meal in the evening. Breakfast was also complimentary. Definitely would recommend staying here."

"The room was comfortable but the beds are made with all top sheets and the comforter and sheets are tucked in so tight and short that you literally have to dismantle the bed to sleep in it which is a petty thing but worth pointing out. On another note the staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and situated in a historic area with a nostalgic atmosphere mixed with the luxury of everything being in walking distance. A very nice stay. Highly recommended"

"Booked a room on the wrong date by mistake. Contacted the hotel and Expedia immediately to request changing to the correct day. Let expedia they were not able to reach the hotel to resolve. The hotel never responded. Called the hotel and was told we had to go through Expedia. "

"It was a little confusing to park to check in as there were no spots designated for that purpose and usually you need a room key for access to the parking garage. Also, I feel the front test should inform guests that the room key needed to be used on the elevator. The room itself was comfortable. Although the tv didn’t really work while it was raining. However the hotel was in the process of switching out the tvs with new ones."
