"There was no breakfast included. The room was very hot & they brought us a fan. The room was not ready & we had to put our luggage in a holding room. It was very nice to have the coffee & hairdryer & microwave & refrigerator in the room. However, no one replaced the coffee that we drank after the 1st day or the dirty towels. I had to ask for them. Over priced for what we received. It was very convenient to the ICC & Gainesville Fieldhouse."

From the moment we got our room to the end of the couple of days I wasn’t a fan and will not ever stay at a Fairfield again. "The air conditioning was not working sufficiently enough to make it comfortable to sleep. The maintenance staff were very accommodating and tried to fix the issue, but it was not resolved during our stay. That being said, we were treated wonderfully and the location was outstanding. I will stay there again when the summer heat fades."

"While we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the problem with the hotel is the location. It is right next to the bus station, and on a busy street (S. Delaware) that has LOUD cars and motorcycles racing by at all hours of the night. In addition, there is a lot of homeless people around the building.
