"Only minor issue was the sound of the bar, but that went just after 11pm and wasn't too bad. Everything else was good, enjoyed breakfast and the location was ideal"

"Rooms are very tired, dated and not standardised, carpets very dirty in rooms. Television reception was so poor that made viewing anything not possible. Wifi worked, not all televisions were smart in that couldn't view streaming services. Some rooms still have single glazing, meaning cold and very noisy. The kitchen was okay but missing many things like bowls, poorly equipped. Entrance was unlit, making later arrival difficult as unable to see entrance and unable to enter code. Cleaning...

"Not enough room for parking unless you have a small car.Code key system for room very hit and miss. Very nice room when you get in,clean and spacious."

"Room was clean, bed was comfy, parking was easy and checking in was simple. Would happily stay again."

"Lovely place and ideal for golf. Rebecca was very professional and a good laugh, which makes all the difference. The room was excellent, very clean, and nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here again."

"Anna and Ian were fantastic hosts. Nothing absolutely Nothing was too much for them. Breakfast continental was gorgeous. Those homemade oatcakes we're so tasty!. The whole house is like a beautiful museum. So many quirky bits and Bob's. The room a spacious amazingly quiet at night for a great night's sleep in such a comfortable bed. If we're ever in Lincoln, this is the place to go again. Many thanks"

"Double room was extremely small, difficult for two people to stand in the bathroom at the same time. Only one of the windows opened and when it was open there was a strong smell of Indian food being cooked which sullied all our clothing. It was shabby to say the least."

"Great location, easy to book in and facilities great for the price, would stop again"
