"First, this is not a hotel. It's a property operated by the owner. So it doesn't have those hotel facilities. The property is located inside the West Lake (Xihu) scenery district. So it's quiet and walking distance to those West Lake must-see places. The owner is very friendly."

Hopefully, clearer directions with pictures showing the way to the hotel ground floor entrance or to the 5th floor hotel lobby can be provided for guests booking this hotel.
