I have never had such polite and helpful people at a resort. Any negative areas that this resort has is more than made up for in the quality of their employees. There was a lot of traffic noise at night and then early morning, and while outside the control of the hotel, there was road work construction during the day which meant relaxing in the room wasn’t possible.
