"We picked here for a sporting event. The staff was extremely helpful since we needed a sofa bed for one child due to a last minute change. While it is all sold out they managed to let us check in earlier, and get some breakfast while we were waiting for the new room to be ready. The location was convenient as well, you can take bus to Bank street, or walk to the Stratford station for the tube."

"Lovely hotel surrounded by shops bars and restaurants. Parking is in the adjacent shopping centre. It is easier to park first and walk the short distance to hotel as there is no access to entrance from the road. Train and bus station are 5 mins walk."

"Inside westfield Stratford shopping complex, so direct access to shops, food and entertainment. Lovely clean comfortable room, insulated from outside sounds although the a/c was too loud. 9am on a Saturday is not the best time to go for breakfast as the area was full with no seats available, but they offered seats in the bar next door which was far better and more relaxed."

"Cool hotel find, brilliant location and very friendly staff. We took the Thames Clipper to Battersea for Glide by Boots ice skating (and I give Boots and mention as it's a great rink) with a trail by the river. Enjoying the sights from the water was perfect on such a bright sunny day? The sunlight picked out all the gold on the landmarks and statues. Staff were so attentive, joining the Hilton rewards gives extra touches. "
