"There was absolutely nothing to like about this property. All of the rooms smell horrendous. My family and I walked into the hotel there was a huge fan on and no air conditioning. We got into the room there were spider webs at the top of the ceiling. The bed sheets and pillow case had red spots (blood) even the towel. "The whole place is overdue for updating, by at least 10 years. There's one room that they show for pictures, but that's the only one! Plugs fall out of sockets, shower head goes everywhere, lumpy bed, no fridge/microwave or hair dryer, and the absolute kicker is your key doesn't work more than once per day! I had to go to the office for a new key every night. Maintenance had to do it once as well. If you can avoid this place DO IT!"

Very convenient to the airport, we were staying overnight for an early flight in the morning.

"My daughter and I had to stay over night in Cleveland just to get some shut eye before we hit the road again because we had been driving for hours and I wish I had just paid a little more and stayed up the road. The beds had thin sheet metal under them and every time the bed was touched you could hear metal popping, and they were super hard and uncomfortable. Not to mention a neighboring room of kids had a super loud party until the early hours of the morning, so we got no rest."

There were about 30 kids who ran up & down the hall yelling all evening. By 11:30 I had to call front desk. All this noise continued for another hour. Had to be at Cleveland Clinic next morning at 6:45."
