"Reception was unfortunately disorganised with many arrivals happening at once. Rooms were not ready and I would think this is a daily occurrence. We ate dinner in the connecting Hotel…. Food and service was cery good. The room was generally fine; bed clean and comfortable. Shuttle was a real bonus …. £7 per person which was not advertised anywhere."

"Great, budget - friendly experience. There were screaming children slamming doors and yelling/running up and down the halls in the morning which was unpleasant for wayward travelers trying to sleep, Not the hotel’s fault, though! Transport to and from the airport was quick, easy, and affordable via bus."

"Less than 10 minutes from terminal to hotel. Rooms were a good size, beds comfortable, air conditioning, thick curtains. We all had a good sleep."

"Stayed for one night due to having an early morning flight the next day. Service from the staff was friendly, welcoming. Although this was a 3-star place, for the price paid, the value was more like 4-star. I enjoyed it, convenient and adjacent to Metro."

"Good choice for a stay near Heathrow airport. We especially appreciated the air conditioning, as temperatures were high, and the sound-proofing, which allowed us to get a good nights rest before flying out. The room was smallish and the bathroom very small, but still perfectly adequate. Food in the restaurant was good, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. You should be aware that on-site parking is available, but the lot is owned/managed by a third party and you do have to pay."

"Room was extremely hot and they don't have any adjustment for this. I called reception and they straight away refused. They didn't change the room and thats the worst hotel ever"

"We were looking for an inexpensive place near the airport and thought this would be a good choice. Unfortunately, the room smelled like cat urine. I think we were in an older section of the hotel. It looked like mold where the room carpet met the bathroom. There also was no hair dryer."

"Convenient location not far from Heathrow to book for the night after our afternoon arrival from Australia. We discovered the town of Marlow was a lovely spot to explore along the River Thames, which was an added bonus. Room was clean and comfortable, and we slept well after our long journey. Excellent breakfast, so many delicious options and fried eggs cooked to order. Highly recommend!"
