"Basic but did as described. Room okay but had a dripping shower. Breakfast, again basic but sufficient."

"After a nightmarish travel day in which our flight was cancelled and we had to have an overnight layover, the hotel was gracious enough to save our room, and were extremely helpful in making us comfortable. This was especially helpful because we both ended up sick while there, and needed to have a nice place to recover. The room was quiet, the staff was terrific, the amenities were awesome and the location couldn't be better. It's right across the street from the bus and rail station."

"Room was clean and was equipped with microwave, small fridge, and desk. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Continental breakfast was very good and had eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast, bagels, fruit, coffee and assorted juices. Great location close to shopping stores and restaurants but more importantly close to Downtown Portland. Overall great value for the price."

"The rooms are well cleaned. However, some fixtures such as the hand towel rack and bathroom vent were falling off the walls. The layout of the building is great because there are several doors to outside throughout making it easy to come and go. We did not eat breakfast but from what I saw it was very limited."

"Incompetent staff. Unfortunately even if you carry an honor status you can't get room service daily . Even making of bed . Bathrooms need to be wiped down and vacuum daily . Very disappointing . Will stay with Marriott property next time ."

"The bathroom smelled like cat pee. We just wanted to get out. A/C barely worked. No water pressure in the shower. I just felt gross staying there."
