"If you like older, historic, this is perfect. If you like new with restaurant/bar, this is not for you. Convenient to Sanford Airport and several restaurants. Neighborhood seemed nice and safe. Good for walking. Place large with kitchen, family room, bedroom and back room. I would stay again."

"We absolutely loved this place. I did not have high expectations and was surprised at how well this place was maintained. The staff was nice, helpful, and down to earth. The bed was perfect for us -not too soft not too hard. Just right- I slept amazing. it’s not 5 star, so it’s not going to have luxurious towels nor much breakfast but that makes sense for the price. Pool was great and the place is well lit for safety. They even have a pay dryer! I will stay here everyone I come to kayak the blue...

"I liked that it was convenient and had a cool bar. Something about the antiquity inspired me. I didn’t like that the rooms had no air conditioning controls, no coffee makers and slow… hold the handle to flush potties. The one staff person I met was nice at check in but no staff present at checkout or any other time that I could see."

"During a rainstorm water was coming into the room near the AC/Heat unit. Carpet soaked 2-3 feet in front of unit. Coffee maker was broken and water ran all over desk while brewing. Room had “musty” smell and A/C just could not keep the humidity down. Actual room temp would not go below 82°. Staff was great, parking good, quiet room, bathroom vey nice."
