"Lovely hotel close to all the shops, restaurants and city centre attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff and clean modern room. Breakfast very good with a choice of cereal, pastries, yogurt and fruits etc to help yourself with then you order your hot breakfast with the waiter. There is a car park close by where the hotel has negotiated a discount for guests. It's our 2nd stay here and we will definitely return."

"Hotel is lovely but tired in some aspects like frayed towels marks on the carpet and chair and the wallpaper peeling in the room also shower was leaking at the part it joins the head. I woulda over looked and stayed here again but the heat was awful no air con did provide a fan in the room but the french doors didn’t open right up either but wasn’t just the room was roasting was the corridors etc aswel made me feel ill"

"Room was clean and very comfortable. Decor was on trend and sympathetic with the overall feel of the hotel and original building. The toilet flush ran all night and a mini fridge would have been appreciated, particularly in the heat. Great location and extremely helpful and friendly staff, a typically warm, Liverpool hospitality."

"Staff were good on reception very helpful. Unfortunately air con was not working so room was very hot. Did give us a free drink but could not use the voucher on all drinks so did not get my free drink sadly."
