"The room was clean but there were dirt smudges on the walls of the bathroom and some hair so not the greatest clean. Aside from that, this hotel was great- rooms were lovely, breakfast was fantastic with eggs bacon etc. We had rooms with river views that were just lovely and you can crack the window open for fresh air. Outside was a fantastic walking path that we made use of. Staff was very accommodating and there was even a convenience “store” in the lobby. Overall hotel was wonderful just...

"Every thing staff was nice"

"The toilet was broke and constantly running. The refrigerator sounded like it had an ice machine in it and kept us all night. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:40 am. We didnt answer, but they let themselves into the room. Completely unacceptable!! When I called the front desk to complain all they said was ok. Not even an apology."

"The hotel building itself wasn’t bad but the property and surrounding area was scary. Homeless people everywhere. I was traveling with just my daughter and I and decided it wasn’t safe for us to stay there. We didn’t even check in so I can’t say what the interior of this location is like. When we pulled in the first thing I saw was a large homeless population and security guards wondering the property during the day which can give you an idea of what the crime rate in the area is. "This hotel is a great find! Very friendly staff, clean room, and great amenities. It is very close to the airport taking only about 5-10 minutes in the shuttle. Restaurants are close by but not really walkable but Uber eats was quick and easy. This was also an amazing value compared to surrounding hotels. The breakfast spread was pretty average for complimentary but still very good and The breakfast attendant was very friendly and welcoming. The fitness area was clean and the hot tub and pool...
