"Stayed one night after a work event in Swansea. Decor is dated and could do with a coat of paint in the rooms. But clean and a perfectly good budget hotel. Breakfast was included in my booking and had the added surprise that I could have it delivered to my room! Would stay again!"
"From the time we stepped into the hotel the receptionist was so helpful and accommodating to the fact we were 3 hrs early . The bar is very relaxing and spacious the staff couldn’t do enough for you . We had an evening meal which was spectacular. And breakfast what a menu beautiful. "Easy to self-check in, perfect location, and lovely, clean rooms. The views are wonderful no matter where you're situated in the hotel. I've stayed here many times and will be back for many more. My only minor complaint is that it's a shame the car park isn't subsidised. Other than that, I can't fault this place.

"Booked this hotel as the rest of our large group were staying at The Ivy Bush Hotel opposite, where they had been recommended.
We were not disappointed, the hotel was beautifully decorated and everywhere spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was included and was scrummy.
Our friends at The Ivy Bush were extremely disappointed with their accommodation and evening meal and next time will book the Spilman Hotel.

"Easy to follow directions regarding checkin-check out. My room (2b) was large, with a big bed, and couch at the foot of the bed facing a TV and the floor to ceiling window. There was also a small dining table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with separate shower and bath. Everything worked and was clean. I think good value. The location was perfect, with walkable restaurants and bars close by. "
"Food is excellent and beds are very comfy. It's old-fashioned in that it's a conversion of an older building, so windows are single-glazed and the doors open with actual keys. But the rooms have everything you'd expect from a professionally run establishment. Staff are all friendly and professional though you sometimes have to seek them out – hardly surprising as there are only six rooms so they can't have someone permanently on duty."

Parking - access i stight to some spaces but plenty to chose from.
Check-in - good, friendly, polite an dquite quick.
Entry to room - this let the stay down, the room had not been cleaned from previous guests, check-in staff very concerned and helpful, asked to wait in the bar whilst room was prepared and free round of drinks due to issue.
