"Arrived late after a storm. Was given the worst room. Asked reception could he change. He declined. I thought he just couldn’t be bothered. Neighbours were banging on the wall since 2300, complaining about noise. Reception promised that I could upgrade to a better room in the morning, but that didn’t happen. Dealt with Yvonne on day 2, who was excellent. Upgraded on the last day. Room was so much better, but no stopper for bath, I had to use a glass so I could fill the bath. The area is artful, dated, low class and dirty"

" I booked this hotel through Hotels.com as All Inclusive, which clearly stated that meals and drinks were included. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the booking only covered breakfast only. There were no inclusive drinks, no lunch or dinner, and no minibar access. I contacted Hotels.com, and they confirmed that my booking should have included full meals and drinks. The issue has been escalated to their resolution team. The hotel itself is clean and the staff were polite, but the description of the package was misleading and caused inconvenience and extra costs. Posting this so other travelers are aware — double-check what’s included before booking."

"Overall the food was fresh and the choice was good but very geared towards German and Dutch pallets, my only big bear is that I booked an ‘Adult only’ hotel which had a baby of under two staying with his parents, he cried in the dining area, threw food on the floor and could be heard before he was seen, I have nothing agains children but when I book an adult only hotel it’s what I expect "

"Lovely hotel with all the amenities you need and fantastic staff. Our flight was delayed 7 hours and by the time we got to checkin at the hotel it was 2:30am. The night receptionist was super pleasant, checkin was a breeze, Comfy bed, spacious room, nice bathroom and cute little terrace off our room. Highly recommend "
