"My wife and I host group tours so it is very important we stay in an amazing hotel. We had a group of 23 and the hotel was absolutely amazing ! Where possible early check-in was provided for those who arrived on a very early flight. Breakfast was amazing. The whole team at Bidasoa were super professional. We hosted our welcome dinner at the hotel and everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel. "

The gym is very tiny, so if there are 3 people is already at full capacity. The location is absolutely amazing, next to the mall where you can find anything, a pharmacy and a small grocery store to buy things, and all the nicest shops. Also, many restaurant options in the area. My only comment will be on the staff. They are very polite, but they lack customer service...
