"The airport shuttle was the best part about the stay. We booked this room a month or two ago (king bed) but got a double full size bed room, and our toilet bowl was missing the seat and seat cover! Holes in the walls, and duct tape held the shower head on. They tried to put us in another room, but it smelled like a dog kennel. The next morning, the elevators didnt work. The fire alarm also went off for about 3 minutes in the middle of the night. We couldn't sleep, use the restroom, and barely...

"Breakfast was cool. Hotel was not clean. There were ants in our room. anoone ever came to address them. Probably because they do not come and get trash or clean the rooms for three days. There were no working ice machines on our second night. Several staff were very helpful but also several were quite nasty. I won't stay at this location ever again. It is not being manahed well at all. Worst Marriott hotel I've ever stayed at. "

"Apart from a few stray hairs and very mild stains on the bedding (which seems to be the case at the vast majority of places), the room was very clean and cozy. Well lit room, great shower, immaculately clean bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, good wifi, very effective heater, and (free) parking very close to room. Staff was very welcoming upon arrival, and everything worked as expected, making White Oaks an amazing value for my stay in the area!"
