"We stayed in the Swedesboro location,from 4/3 - 4/4/26, the hotel was clean, smelling good, the staff was very nice and helpful . For example the free breakfast ended up at 10 as per hotel policy, however I showed up around 10:09. The chef asked me if I wanted something from the kitchen and he did provided it to me. Very nice place to stay in."

"I like the cleanness in the room, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing bad was the tv, it was very old, no Netflix or YouTube. But besides that everything was Exelente👍"

"Entire hotel is rundown. The flooring of the elevator is broken, and hole was cover with a mat and elevator door was very narrow. Ceiling tiles were missing through out the hotel. Every machine in the hotel gym was broken, almost all the dumbbells were missing. The floor of bathroom in our room was dirty and the hot and cold water marking for the shower head faucet was reversed, so when you turned it to cold is actually hot and water pressure was very weak. The worse hotel I have ever been...

"Crackheads everywhere do not stay!! Room overall had old stains but bed was okay. Breakfast was nice but the surrounding area and place are not great"

"Everything was great except for the fact that I couldn’t locate the thermostat in the room. It was set really low so my room was pretty cold the two days I was there. Where is the thermostat located??"

"This is not a hotel but rather a motel in which rooms are entered from the outdoors. Since it shares the Hyatt hotel’s airport shuttle, getting back and forth is not a problem. This motel doesn’t have any eating establishments nearby but they did offer the use of the shuttle which also made stops to the La Quinta hotel which had a dinner and a Dennys within walking distance. All three of the hotels which share the airport shuttle are located in rough areas but are reasonably close to the...

"This hotel didn’t look like the pictures at all. The room was not clean, and the heating/cooling unit looked like it was growing mold. We requested another room which wasn’t any better so we ended up checking out and getting another hotel. During this experience we also encountered another guest who was unsatisfied with their room."
