There were no working ice machines on our second night. Several staff were very helpful but also several were quite nasty. I won't stay at this location ever again. It is not being manahed well at all. Worst Marriott hotel I've ever stayed at. "

"The environment doesn’t look safe.The hallway leading to the room was always occupied by people and trash laying on the floor. The elevators worked like it could be your last ride. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly, bathtub wasn’t properly cleaned, there was residue of soap from the previous occupant. The Tv didn’t work, the pillow on the bed had a stain, the bed cover was too small for the bed. Also, no room cleaning service arrived to clean the room. "

"I had to call to get information about the airport shuttle. The staff was nice when I arrived. I was able to be checked in quickly and checked out quickly as well. cleaning service came regularly. It’s very obvious that the hotel was renovated. They worked very hard to keep it clean however the entire hotel especially the hallways has a cigarette smell."

"Overall, the hotel is dirty, smelly and run down. The gentlemen on duty was very nice, and told us he put us on the 3rd floor as it had been recently renovated. It did not look like it. We checked in, put our bags in the room and went to eat. When we went back to the room, we saw that the sheets appeared stained. We went downstairs, told the man on duty we were checking out and why. He said he would let the manager know (we receivedno refund). We had to pay for another hotel, as well as an Uber...

"This Inn is Lovely, pristine clean and so comfortable. Parking in the lot next to the Inn. Safe and charming little town and College, off the main streets. Quiet and safe. We love it. The staff couldn’t be nicer and more professional, and the little restaurant has Really really delicious food. We think this place is a gem. Elevator, large rooms, great bathrooms, great shower, room temp control. "
