"The staff was great. Our room was clean and looks like it was recently updated. We got a great rate and it included breakfast too. The gym was small but the equipment looked pretty new. We stayed off season and I’m sure it’s very busy in season since it is located within a stones throw from Great Escapes. There are plenty of things to do in town (go carts, mini golf, restaurantsand an ice cream shop right across the street). The outlets are right down the road too. I would definitely stay here...

"Loved that it’s walkable to the Lake itself and close to restaurants and shopping. Janice at the front desk was very sweet and personable. The shower was great and sleeping was comfortable. My negatives are that the floors were not cleaned well. I had on new white socks and by the time I took them off, they were dirty. The floors felt sticky when walking on them with sneakers. The other negative was that we heard someone taking a shower above us, so walls are thin. It was not crowded since...

"We have been going to Lake George for years, the last few bringing our toddlers. Marine Village Resort was the PERFECT location for us to park the car and not have to use it agin until check out. It is walking distance to everything in the village which makes for an easy morning grabbing bagels or a quick walk to lunch of dinner at one of the fabulous restaurants on the lake. The resort itself is fantastic (especially for young kids)! The swimming area in the lake is safe and perfect for floats...

"I really liked the Couple's Cabin at the Doray Motel. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is due to the smallness of the shower. I am a bigger person and the shower just fit me, with very little room to maneuver. Also the cabin could use a small table in the Futon area. All else was excellent."
