"Breakfast is ok but not worth the money. Room was very dark. Even restrooms were dark by mirror area. Ac was perfect. Front desk check in wasn’t professional. Other staff were very helpful. Location is great , walking distance to all attractions."

"Well located hotel right beside Tower Bridge and 10mins from Tower Hill tube station. It was a nice hotel overall and didn't have anything to complain about. Only issue was, was the lack of aircon. We asked for a portable fan which did help but it still was very warm in the room."
