"What has happened to STG? Everything from check in being automated is a shambles. No tea or coffee facilities any more is very poor given the prices being charged and I miss the old buffet breakfast. Room cleaning was also below standard. Sorry!"

"Check in, nice and easy. It has only 1 lift and it’s very small, no more than 4 people, so at busy times there is a queue. Room was adequate, a little on the small side and a bit dated, but fine for one night. Lovely to have a coffee machine, but a shame we didn’t have any tea bags. Good location ..."
