"I thought that the hotel was a bit outdated and the attention to detail in the room cleaning was pretty poor for such a highly rated /priced hotel. The food was just bland and often had to wait on an elevator with people not staying but hitting the rooftop bar. For the price (as it was a work trip) I would probably stay elsewhere next time."

"The hotel was clean however the lack of space and facilities was difficult. No iron in the room had to go through reception to an ironing room and also no drinks facilities at all in the room. Think they're trying to be like moxy but missed the little things"

"I booked an accessible room. I have no idea how the room i stayed in could ever have been considered accessible. The room was way too small for easy manoeuvring of a wheelchair and there was a step up to the tiny bathroom. There were no grab rails or other accessible assistants in the room. Also, there were loafs of ants in my room. Before i checked in, i got a message saying my card payment had failed and my booking would be cancelled. That was very stressful and a bit of an overreaction. On the plus side, staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very reasonably priced and in a decent location."

"Very comfortable room. The bed and pillows were excellent. The amenities in the bathroom and room were perfect. Nice welcome chocolate on arrival. The breakfast was good (but nothing crazy). Staff could be kinder and try to at least smile (both reception and breakfast stuff were not very welcoming)."
