Pro: Great Location. Close to Liverpool Street station and many bus routes. Con: Even though it states it has an elevator, there is are still stairs to enter into a number of the rooms.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet so we were able to sleep well after busy days of wandering around. Felt safe in the building. I would definitely stay here again. All the people who worked at the hotel desk were friendly.

We left Liverpool Street station, crossed the road and there we were. The people at reception were very friendly and helpful. Our flat was very, very spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our stay (fridge, microwave oven, plates, cutlery, cups, dishwasher, washer-dryer including washing powder etc.). Although it is quite a busy street and a lively neighbourhood, it was relatively quiet at night. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable!

The room was not as described. It was filthy, and when we complained, the staff were rude and refuse to take any action to resolve the situation. There were numerous other occupants also complaining that same night. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The best feature about this hotel is its location. You can take the Elizabeth line train directly from Heathrow to Liverpool Street Station; walk across the street, and arrive at the hotel. It is well located for access to public transportation to get anywhere in and around London. There are both local restaurants within walking distance as well as well-known franchises. The lobby and hallways are outdated and shabby. The room itself was fine. It was clean, spacious and had all the amenities listed eg kitchenette with fridge and microwave and washer/dryer. Pick this one for location and spend all your time exploring London.

Rooms were very spacious and clean although overall feel was a little dated. Staff were good and able to accommodate a 1 hour later check out. Was great having laundry facilities although a room add on could be a small clothes airer. Can’t beat location so no complaints overall.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits en famille. L'emplacement est très pratique pour l'accès au métro et les supers marchés. L'accueil de l'hôtel est ouvert 24h/24h, le ménage est fait tous les jours. La literie est confortable, la cuisine bien équipée (lave vaisselle et lave linge) Je recommande !

OK, but not great
The hotel is in a good location, but it was noisy overnight from a lot of traffic/activity outside (I was on the 2nd floor). The room was nice, but a bit tired in areas e.g. missing door leaving the washing machine on show. I also booked a one bedroom executive room, which was changed to a two bedroom standard room with no explanation at check in. I did not consider this an upgrade as I was staying alone. I raised this with reception, but they just told me to contact Hotels.com

It was very easy to get to using the tube, the station is just opposite. The lady at check-in was very friendly. The property was very clean and there was no corridor noise during the night. The area outside is quite noisy at night, although this didn’t bother us. The TV in the lounge could be bigger!

The apartment was spacious , clean and comfortable - the staff were really helpful and helped make our 5 day stay very enjoyable. Surrounded by shops and bars and just over the road from Liverpool Street Station travel is a breeze ! A bus stop right outside the apartment building provided an added bonus which we loved ….. will definitely be staying here again

Beste Lage- 100m von der Station Liverpool Street, die direkt zu Stansted mit dem Zug führt. ABER: Kalt, abgewirtschaftet, Das Bett niemals für zwei Personen. Das Schlimmste: samstag UND Sonntag Nacht laute Elektropop Musik aus einem wohl anliegenden Nachtclub- bis sechs Uhr früh... und dann wieder ab acht... Für die Lage 500 Euro wert, für zwei Nächte und zwei Personen, aber warum musste ich nochmal 18 Pfund fürs "Service" beim Checkout bezahlen, habe kein Service empfangen, oder war es die Wolldecke und eine Extradecke wegen der Kälte? (Im Badezimmer keine Heizung...)

Their post says you can checkin anytime, but they were unwilling to accomodate our late flight. I booked with free cancellation, then was mysteriously unable to cancel. I am extremely allergic to mold and saw other reviews with cincerns about mold. Between their lack of understanding about the flight and mold concerns, best svoided.

It’s a bit tired
Great location just opposite Liverpool Street so easy access to transport and great bars and restaurants around. There was a power cut whilst we were there at 5am and nobody manning reception so had to get dressed and go and find somebody to see what the issue was. Power restored an hour later. Room was booked for 3 people but only set up for 2 people. Mismatching glasses (only 2 provided), the oven didn’t work and the microwave was too confusing to use. The shower was grubby with very low water pressure but I think this was due to a calcium build up in the shower head. The room was a good size for 3 people but the pictures advertising the property don’t reflect reality.

dont choose room numbers 104 and onwards
this was the 2nd time we stayed at this property due to its fantastic location. the rooms 104 etc have no elevator access and we had to haul our suitcases uptp the rooms, washing machine wasnt working and the staff this time encountered was terrible.

We only stayed one night but found the accommodation clean, stylish and very roomy in the one bedroom. The proximity to Liverpool street station was important to us so this was perfect.

This property is definitely in the heart of London. The Liverpool Underground Station is less than a block away. There are lots of food options close by. A police station is two doors down. There is a Tesco Grocery Store a block away. The apartment included a few nice extras such as still and sparkling water, tea, milk, and laundry pods for doing laundry. The apartment is simply furnished, but it is all you need. We pretty much just slept there. There is always staff available to meet your needs. We had a maintenance issue, which they had fixed as quickly as possible. They even offered to move us to a new apartment, but we were fine where we were. We would stay hear again and can heartedly recommend it to others.

Location location location
Perfect location for a larger family apartment, lots of great shops around including eataly right over the road for anything Italian for any meal of the day. Transport is fantastic with Liverpool street station across the road too, along with buses outside the front door. Walking distance to The City and all its restaurants etc. There was scaffolding outside the apartment and right up to the window, felt a little exposed, but not a massive security issue with good locks on windows. Was a warm weekend and the AC in the main living area didn’t work, but was okay in the one bedroom with it. None in the other bedroom. Bathroom tight but functional.

Don't believe the photos
The professional photographer must have been excellent as this property doesn't look anywhere near as slick as in the photos! The entrance lobby is old fashioned. The halls are shabby and hard to navigate. I arrived at reception as someone else was being served. No problem, only that there were three people serving that one person and all of them ignored me for over 10 minutes!

This a case of you get what you pay for. Fair room for a really fair price. The property is ready for a refurbished however it is clean & centra. Kitchen facilities are really useful. My first room had a really strong food smell, so a really nice chap at reception moved me immediately to what turned out to be a much bigger apartment - as above dated but very clean. TV glitched. Shower hot but a bit lack lustre on pressure. Fine for a few days. Great location for all that “ondon has to offer.
