I loved the coziness of the property with the mix of cultures and being modern at the same time. I loved the books! Perhaps a few more things in the kitchen ie. potholders, another tea towel, broom. Perhaps some instructions right in the kitchen for how to use the stove and hot plate for those who are not familiar. Overall, I would love to stay here again!

Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation ist schrecklich. Man soll sich bitte mindestens 72Std vorher melden um den Check-in auszumachen. Das habe ich 72Std vorher getan. Keinerlei Reaktion. Daher 48Std und 24Std und am anreise Tag wieder gemeldet. Wieder keinerlei Reaktion. Die hinterlegt Nummer ist ebenfalls falsch. In London angekommen nochmal versucht Kontakt herzustellen. Da nichts kam, habe ich mich mit Expedia in Verbindung gesetzt. DieSachbearbeiterin konnte die Unterkunft erreichen. Dann hieß es plötzlich: Check-in um 17:00(!!!). Der angegebenen Check-in ist um 15:00. Um 17:00 in der Unterkunft angekommen war die Reinigungskraft nicht fertig gewesen. Das nächste Problem: Im Bad ist über dem Waschbecken ein Wasserschaden. Die Reinigungskraft hat uns gesagt, dass hier eigentlich vorher Bescheid gegeben werden sollte.Wurde vom Anbieter nicht getan! Dann sollten am nächsten Tag Handwerker kommen, während wir weg sind. Das Problem hierbei: Es gibt keine einzigen Tür die man abschließen kann oder einen Safe für Wertsachen. Also mussten wir hier wieder Expedia kontaktieren, da der Anbieter wie erwartet nicht reagiert hat. Was wir leider relativ spät feststellen mussten war, dass wir kein warmes Wasser hatten. Den Anbieter habe ich dann einmal erreicht. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass ich innerhalb von 30min eine Antwort erhalte. Keine Antwort. Nach 1Std kam plötzlich jemand und konnte das Problem für eine kurze Zeit (8Std) beheben. Danach wieder kalt

Gute Busanbindung in alle Richtungen. Küche könnte etwas umfassender ausgestattet sein. Nur 3 Becher. Keine Schwämme für den Abwasch. Ansonsten gut ausgestattet.
