Pick up keys other side of the city. Irritating.

The apartment was nothing like the pictures, and the location was 15mins from where it appeared on the Hotels.com map. It was a 25min each-way journey from picking up keys to going to apartment. Starting to get pretty tired of these aparthotels on this site. People living in surrounding apartments were clearly displeased to see me arrive. "Thought they were stopping this" said someone as I went through the courtyard. The apartment itself was spacious but a bit run down. Stained carpet, broken facilities in shower, lightbulbs out, multiple electric radiators instead of central heating. All in all I would not recommend. It's not worth the hassle unless under specific circumstances such as a group booking of 4-5 or more.

Beware, you don't get the apartment you chose

Booked the Storm Nike Apartment advertised as on Union Street because I wanted to be near the London Bridge Station for travel purpose. However I was given another apartment 10 mins walk away on Tower Bridge Road with no nearby Underground station. Ended up walking 40 mins every day (4x10 mins in and out twice at day) in the cold. Complained about it but they said it is stated in the fine prints that the apartment can be in the same district - I challenged them to find it, but they can't! Moreover, key collection is somewhere else in London several Underground stops away - very inconvenient when I have no car and have family with luggage. Yes, this is also in the fine prints. All apartments with "xxx Nike Apartment" are the same arrangement, so buyer beware. The apartment itself is ok, but there are minor annoyances such as washing machine but no dryer, it is on a main road and so woke up every time an emergency vehicle comes by in the night, the lift broke down when the apartment is on the 4th floor, etc. Overall pretty annoyed.

Directions to the apartment were good but until we picked up the keys we didn’t know where the apartment was and it was about 20 minutes walk from the key pick up. Apartment clean and well appointed - quite basic. No hot water the first morning - need to ‘boost’ the hot water in the cupboard when you get there - no instruction to do that. Comfortable bed and living area.

Vi likte leiligheten vi fikk, i tower Bridge road, veldig godt. Den hadde gode senger, og var innredet slik vi forventet ut i fra bildene. Her fantes oppvaskmaskin, vaskemaskin, strykehjern, hårføner etc. Kort tur til nærmeste undergrunn/tog. Rolig strøk med lite trafikk. Kort vei til butikk, pub og restaurant om en ikke vil bevege seg så langt. Skal du være noen dager og skal lage mat på leiligheten fantes detet veldig bra marked 10-15 min. unna, som solgte alt du trenger av ferskvarer

Far away from Town. We took bus into town to find something to eat. It was apartment, not a hotel. But for us, It was OK. We still alive. One thing was not fair, we don't know where we will stay until we reach the office in UK at '6 Union street'. That is the place of office, it is not hotel. We are stupid to believe that is the hotel for a stay. We misunderstand that the hotel should be here at '6 Union street' and near the attractive place. After visiting their office, they locate us to the apartment far from our target. Next time we will be careful to book the hotel. We took many big laggauges with us. That is hard.

Great price and location

The check in is done at London Bridge from the you walk to the Tower Bridge are were is located the apartment. (20 to 30 min with your luggage) the apartment is clean all decorated by Ikea. Is an apartment that means is not cleaning service.

There were no paper towels - one dish towel only. Had to use toilet paper to wipe up spills. No place in the bathroom to set clothes on. Was told there was an elevator, it was on the 4th floor - -walk up. Ad said a 5 minute walk from office, turned out to be more like 15 minutes.. II arrived at Gatwick, trained into the London Bridge station, had to walk to the office, then had to walk again to the location. At least it was daylight. If it was dark, i would have been apprehensive. You should provide service to take you and your luggage to the location.

A good 10 minutes walk to the Borough Station

The small bed close to the main door the bed was broken. The nails underneath the bed were coming off. The worst part was the water on the shower. It was either we had blistering hot shower or ice cold shower. Our expectation were not met having this apartment being rated as 4 star.

Reasonable apartment, great service

Check-in was very efficient. When we arrived at the apartment there was no bedding for the sofa bed and there was a light not working, so we rang the contact number. The response was very quick, helpful and polite, with someone arriving with bedding and someone else coming to fix the bulb and another couple of things we pointed out within 20 minutes. The apartment was reasonably comfortable although there is not much in the immediate area. The rules and regulations are quite stringent and there is a horrible smell of rubbish as you come through the entrance lobby. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable!
