Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The worst experience I have ever had with your booking. The room given to us mentioned there is airconditioning but actually only portable AC hence the window has to be kept open for the exhaust pipe. I had sent a photo to your officer and asked for cancellation but the hotel doesn't allow. They should have mentioned that AC is portable, with the window open on ground floor, you can hear all the noises from outside people walking and bugs coming in.
