"I can really say everything exceeded my expectations. Going somewhere new you always hope for the best. The staff was nice and helpful with any questions or concerns regarding the room or just seeing the sites. I definitely would stay there again with no problems. Thanks for all your hospitality 😁"

"We had a terrible stay here. We checked in via the kiosk and was given room 3 which ended up being on the basement level. Immediately it smelt like sewer and there was no body wash. We then changed room and the aircon didn’t work. We won’t stay here again or recommend this hotel"

"Avoid this hotel.
Our room was so noisy that we couldn't sleep due to constant street noise throughout the night. The next morning, we asked to check out early. The hotel agreed, provided we paid for the first night, which I accepted.
Despite that agreement, they charged me for the entire stay, including the nights we never used. Since then, they have ignored repeated attempts by both Expedia and me to contact them. They don't answer their phone or respond to messages.

"The room was small but very clean. The bathroom was tiny but the shower water was nice and hot.
We had a a TV, a fridge and a kettle. We had milk and cereals too. Which was a really pleasant surprise.
The car parking is also a massive bonus.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Recommend."
