"Our room was small, but we liked that it was next to the water. A couple of things we did not like were the bed and the service. The bed made too much noise and was very uncomfortable, which made it hard to sleep. I understand this is a 3-star hotel, but I have stayed at other 3-star hotels before and never had this issue.

"Everything was fine untill it wasn't. The bathroom my The pool was flooding out feces and urine all afternoon and night into and around the pool area and sidewalk and no one cares untill I said something. Its unsanitary! It never was sanitized or cleaned properly just hosed off. You can tell they've been having plumbing issues and tried to keep it under bay untill it had a catastrophic leak. "Alison could not have been more helpful. She was super responsive to any inquiries I made and was just the nicest person when we checked in. The unit was fully equipped and had a beautiful view, bed were super comfy. The appliances need to be replaced imo. The pool needed to be cleaned also but all in all I felt like it was worth the money. Would return."
